Join Wirra Wirra’s NSW Market Manager, Sabino Matera, for a winter evening of flavour and conversation at Ottoman Cuisine - one of Canberra’s most enduring fine dining destinations.
This specially curated dinner will feature a line-up of new release and museum wines, each matched to dishes that showcase Ottoman’s refined take on modern Turkish cuisine. From the first pour to the final course, expect vibrant Grenache Rosé, layered Grenache and Shiraz, and a rare museum release of The Angelus Cabernet Sauvignon.
