Hosted by Wirra Wirra Winemaker Grace Wang, Hospitality & Tourism Director Lisa McNicol, and a Weber Grill Specialist, this interactive session will have you working across a range of Weber barbecues, learning techniques and recipes that go far beyond the usual chops and snags.

You’ll be part of a live cook and demonstration before sitting down to a generous barbecue feast — enjoyed with a line-up of Wirra Wirra’s premium McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wines.
