For those who appreciate Grenache at its most expressive, join us for a dining experience that brings together the creativity of the kitchen and the winery.

Created in collaboration by Harry’s Deli Head Chef Taiaha and Chief Winemaker Emma Wood, this seasonal pairing celebrates the release of the 2025 The Absconder Grenache – our finest expression of old-vine McLaren Vale Grenache.

Guests will enjoy our signature Duck Wellington, featuring rich layers of confit duck, mushroom, prosciutto and thyme, complemented by a velvety Worcestershire cream sauce. Thoughtfully crafted to enhance the wine’s vibrant fruit, savoury complexity and elegant structure, the dish showcases the harmony that can be achieved when food and wine are made for each other.

Served with a glass of 2025 The Absconder Grenache, this is a meeting of our culinary and winemaking craft, celebrating McLaren Vale Grenache in its element.
