We selected a parcel of cabernet sauvignon destined for The Angelus and a shiraz ear-marked for RSW and matured each separately in French oak barrels for 18 months before blending for style, balance and an eternity of cellaring.
This is only the third release of The Holy Thirst and in a preview tasting, it scored 95 points from Ned Goodwin MW, for the Halliday Wine Companion.
